Welcome to FliRide! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FliRide application ("App"), a service provided by Frontline Insurance ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is intended solely for use by employees or authorized members of Frontline Insurance ("Company"). Access to the App is by invitation only. Unauthorized access or use of the App is strictly prohibited.
The App is designed to schedule transportation services to specific destinations within the operational boundaries of the Company. Users are expected to use the App solely for its intended purpose.
Users must keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with others. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the App may result in suspension or termination of the user’s access.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, software, and content, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

The Company provides the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company excludes all warranties and liabilities for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the App.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
